Electrospinning, electrowriting or EHD printing?

Start with the structure you need. These processes use electric fields in different ways.

Conventional electrospinning

Deposit fibers as flat sheets, tubular structures or continuous webs, using collectors selected for the target format.

Melt electrowriting

A solvent-free route to ordered microfibers and layered 2D / 3D scaffolds. Choose the heated head to suit the polymer’s processing temperature.

Near-field electrospinning

Place continuous fibers along straight or curved paths using precision liquid feeding. Suitable material systems and operating conditions are established through process trials.

Electrowriting & EHD printing

Use controlled droplet deposition to create dots, lines and patterned layers with EHD jet printing.
