Feed two spinning solutions through separate channels and rotate the twin nozzles to form twisted composite fibers. Designed for electrospinning writing, with mounting compatibility for TL-Trinity.
The dual-channel extrusion mechanism delivers two spinning solutions at the same time. Continuous nozzle rotation twists the emerging fibers before collection. A bearing assembly separates rotation from fluid delivery, keeping the supply tubing stationary as the nozzles rotate.

Independent flow paths, rotating outlets
Liquid A and liquid B travel through separate flow paths to the twin nozzles. The motor drives the lower rotating assembly through a coupling and bearings. Keeping the feed conduits stationary prevents tubing from winding around the rotating head.

From twisting to winding
The system diagram shows the rotating spinneret above a rotary collector. Fibers are twisted as they leave the head and then wound onto the collector, with back-and-forth collector motion. The mounting plate connects the spinneret to the TL-Trinity slider mechanism.
