Electrospinning employs an exceptionally high electrical charge to extract nanofibers from a polymer solution. The substantial voltage applied during electrospinning has the potential to damage the syringe pump's motor, typically utilized to dispense the polymer solution.
To address this challenge, TONG LI TECH has engineered a unique syringe pump known as the TL-F6.This innovative device boasts three times the pushing force of a standard medical syringe pump, making it suitable for solutions with high viscosity. Furthermore, it is designed to function seamlessly with high voltage requirements. The TL-F6 features two separate channels, allowing for precise and easy control over each channel's operation. The two channels can be controlled separately with different pump rate.
